Album Description Following his 2006 RIAA Gold-certified record, See the Morning, Chris Tomlin's fifth studio release, Hello Love, communicates what he describes as the "need to introduce ourselves to love again." Album Description Following his 2006 RIAA Gold-certified record, See the Morning, Chris Tomlin's fifth studio release, Hello Love, communicates what he describes as the need to introduce ourselves to love again. Produced by Ed Cash (Steven Curtis Chapman, Amy Grant, Bebo Norman), the record endeavors to give voice to the Church to worship their Creator. Songs including Love, God of This City, Sing, Sing, Sing, and I Will Rise, are already impacting worshippers across the globe, as Tomlin debuts his new music on Passion's first ever world tour. The project's first single Jesus Messiah is finding a home among American listeners as well, receiving more adds its debut week than any other single in Christian radio history. It's no wonder that Tomlin continues to be the most-sung artist in churches around the world.

Another Great Album! November 16, 2008 What can I say? It's from Chris Tomlin. This album is a joy to listen to and worship with. Kudos to Chris Tomlin for putting out consistent albums honoring and showing love to God.
Thanks! Again! November 12, 2008 Wow! Thanks again for a great bunch of tunes that keep both the head & heart (and even the feet) inspired.
Solid 4 Stars for Hello Love October 27, 2008 Chris Tomlin is easily the most over-exposed artist in the history of Christian music. He has 5 of the top 25 CCLI most played songs, including award-winning How Great Is our God, Holy Is The Lord, Indescribable (written by Laura Story) and Your Grace Is Enough (written by Matt Maher) from 2004's amazing and multiple-platinum selling album Arriving, which despite the cover songs, is truly a 5 star effort. To me, See The Morning was a slight step down, more of a 4 1/2 star effort and again included a cover song Everlasting God (written by Brenton Brown) and a hymn re-write Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone).
Hello Love is the newest album, and using my same logic is another slight step down, more of a rounded up 4 star effort (I score it 78% out of 100%). The fact that my favorite songs from the album are also cover songs God Of This City (written by Bluetree) and My Deliverer (written by Rich Mullins), makes it hard to truly compare to my favorite early Passion (and Tomlin original) songs We Fall Down, Forever and Enough. No doubt Chris will always have a place in CCM history, however even the new original songs Jesus Messiah, I Will Rise, Praise The Father, Praise The Son and Sing, Sing, Sing don't quite connect with me like his earlier work. Solid 4 stars, singing voice as good as ever, biblical (although a little bit predictable), and probably won't win any new fans, but should please most fans of Chris Tomlin.
The Greatest Worship CD Ever! October 21, 2008 This has to be the best worship c.d. available up to date. With lyrics straight from the scriptures, this is a great c.d. to worship to.
EXCELLENT! October 17, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Great Music, Chris Tomlin continues his evolution as a talented composer, musician, and singer. Jesus Messiah is a great track that glorifies OUR LORD and makes us remind who HE is and why he came to this world in love for us. It has also a remarkable case design, printed in paper instead of using a plastic case wich is nice for the planet, as well as great graphics, colors and a beautiful image of the world inside. I like the fact that the art is not focus on the artist but on the message of the album.
