I'm loving this workout. It's presented in such a way that anyone can understand it and the instructor is very likable, which makes it all the better. It really pushed me in all the right ways and it's showing in my physique. It's a great workout! GET IT!

Got this...I'm really not ADVANCED however begginners is just too easy. This was exactly what I needed to kick me in the behind and get a REAL KB workout. Has a lot of stuff I have never seen before and the instructor presents in good form and likable. Best I have seen so far.
