 Mask Great, but only received 1 of the 2 I ordered November 30, 2008
The masks were for my son and his good friend. I only received 1, even though I was charged for 2. They refunded my money, but it was a bummer for my son and his friend. The mask, was remarkably realistic and received a lot of good comments. The mask was also comfortable to wear. It was no made of thin plastic, the cheap kind that hurts to wear sometimes.

At time of writing, I believe this to be the cheapest priced V mask on Amazon; so here's the skinny.
First, the photo is misleading. The mask I received was properly tinted with the hint of yellow shading as seen in other mask pictures as well as the mask used in the movie.
Second, this is not a full movie replica but it is licensed merchandise. No one is going to mistake you for having worked as an extra on the set as it's made of thin plastic and has slight holes for breathing, contrary to the film masks which seem to be slightly thicker and with more discreet holes for breathing.
Third, this mask is definitely 'good enough' for whatever you might want it for. Halloween, protests, recreating movie scenes, hanging on your wall; it will work just fine. It may not be perfect, but it's extremely good for its price.

Cheapest one I could find anywhere, shipping costs a little high but also cheapest.
Mask looks just like all the others I've seen, it'll get the job done.
Durable enough, it won't break unless you physically rip it in half or step on it or something.
The elastic strap looks kind of weak, but easily fixable.

Although not as white as it appears in the photographs, this authorized version of the popular V for Vendetta mask is a real winner.
Manufactured in lightweight plastic, with an elastic strap to hold the mask in place.
Made with the adult head in mind, the mask has a small styrofoam block at the forehead (on the reverse) to keep the mask level to the face. The block also keeps the mask far enough away from the eyes, so they take on a darker look. This limits vision somewhat. Add a black cloth face mask underneath, a wig and hat and the effect is truly stunning.

The mask is made totally out of plastic, is a little fragile and the color on it could be scratch off (specially on the cheeks) if you're not careful when handling it.
It has a regular elastic strap on the back, just about the right length.
So this is a very inexpensive mask, made out of cheap materials, but it serves its purpose.
You'll get what you paid for, nothing more.
